I grew up in Indiana and Texas. As an adult, I moved to Chicago, Northern Virginia outside Washington DC, and then New Hampshire. As someone who has been involved personally and professionally in many different types of real estate situations, I can help you avoid the pitfalls and find the right house at the right price.
You’ll get the personal service you deserve while you’re making a decision on a very large purchase. We’ll take time to walk through the process. You’ll have one point of contact – me. I won’t have an assistant complicate our communications.

And, it’s always fun when a client is excited about their purchase, and sometimes it’s not a home they would have considered on their own!

Get your home the exposure it needs to sell as quickly as possible and at top value. Your home will be promoted on BOTH the New Hampshire MLS and Massachusetts MLS listing services. Since I am a member of both associations, your home will receive wide exposure within the MLS system. Your home will also be promoted all over the Internet, on individual websites and the important national sites such as Google and Yahoo, Oodle and Trulia, just to name a few.
You’ll also benefit from the personal touch I provide to all my clients. You won’t have to wonder what the status of the sale is – we’ll be keeping in close touch. And, when we price your home competitively, you will receive one of the following services:
- Two hours of home staging to highlight your property’s best attributes
- One month of storage at a public facility
- A set of packing boxes
- A one-time home cleaning service
